What we collect and why.
The short version: we collect only what we need, do not sell personal information, and make it straightforward to leave the mailing list.
Mailing list
When you join the Kartiax mailing list, we collect your email address and the form or pathway you joined through. If you voluntarily provide a first name, industry, or course feedback, we collect that too.
We use this information to send launch and programme updates, understand which pathways people are interested in, and honour unsubscribe requests. We use double opt-in, so the address is not active until its owner confirms it.
Enquiries and quiz requests
Contact, partner, and quiz-result forms are separate from the marketing list. Sending an enquiry or requesting a quiz plan does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers
We use MailerLite to process mailing-list signups and send confirmation and marketing emails. MailerLite may process information outside Australia under its own privacy and security arrangements. Contact, partner, and quiz-result forms are designed to use Formspree once configured. Site analytics are designed to use Google Analytics once configured.
MailerLite's handling of subscriber information is subject to its Privacy Policy.
Access, correction, and deletion
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are recorded immediately and the address is excluded from future marketing sends. To ask what information we hold, correct it, or request deletion where applicable, use the contact form.
Retention and security
We retain active subscriber records while the list is operating. MailerLite retains subscription and unsubscribe information so communication preferences can be honoured. Access to the MailerLite account and subscriber exports is restricted to authorised account users.
